This is a long term consulting role with our Fortune 100 client in Princeton NJ. You will be joining our team of 40+ consultants.
Lead Digital/eCommerce product capability discovery and gather Marketing, IT, Compliance, Security, and Risk requirements for the Digital/eCommerce product management team to determine impacts, SOP updates, data flow time, etc.
Capture Digital/eCommerce capability requirements and acceptance criteria from Digital Center of Excellence, Brand, and Agency stakeholders and contribute to the Digital/eCommerce product backlog.
Proactively identify what documentation or SOPs are required for new and/or enhanced functionalities and ensure the documentations are written for each stakeholders (business, vs technical)
Proactively determine what compliance, security and risk processes that will apply and need to be followed including leading conversations around data classification, JJNET integration types, CMDB ownership, etc.
Ensure agency and IT development teams are interpreting and implementing requirements accurately, guided by acceptance criteria
Participate in daily scrums as necessary to clarify product requirements
Conduct user acceptance testing
Background /Experience Requirements:
BA or similar product development role in an digital marketing capacity is a must.
Proven record in working with digital marketing data and consumer interaction information.
Strong understanding of database technologies and data integrations is a must.
Ability to convert brand marketing requirements to actionable product capability requirements.
Experience in an Agile and data intensive environment
Knowledge of Digital/eCommerce
