Scholarship Award:
- Please be inform that the recipient of the scholarship will get an award annually ranging from $500 to $1,500.
- The one recipient will also get a two-year award of $6,000.
Eligibility:
- Applicants should be from the USA and should be citizens of the USA.
- Applicants are accepted in a graduate-level program that is accredited by the appropriate therapy profession authority in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or hearing audiology.
- Assistant or undergraduate programs are not eligible.
Documents Required:
- Applicants must submit a personal statement not exceeding one page.
- Applicant must provide proof of enrollment into an authorized program.
- Applicant should fill and submit their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) SAR (Student Aid Report).
