  1. Experience with technology projects within fast-paced, enterprise technology organization
  2. Excellent written and verbal communications, proven ability to develop and deliver presentations geared for all levels of the organization

  4. PMP, PgMP or Scrum Master Certifications are a plus

  8. Project management soft skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and coach others in complex situations and scenarios.
  9. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft SharePoint.
  10. Experienced with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Microsoft Project
  11. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  12. Global implementation experience preferred
  13. Demonstrated experience and focus on leadership and continuous improvement of systems, software and processes
  14. Able to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Results-oriented resource who can develop and manage relationships across the technology based on trust, teamwork and knowledge
  16. Ability to recognize implementation planning opportunity to optimize cross-project dependencies for greater efficiency in project delivery
  17. Strong business, financial, network technology acumen
  18. Proven ability to resolve project issues and mitigate project risk by negotiating solutions that meet expected results
  19. Possesses in-depth knowledge of business, applications and applied use of technology
  20. Experience with Project Management methodology and tools such as Enterprise project and change standards, SDLC, Waterfall, Clarity, Discovery, SharePoint, MS Project, etc.
  21. Ability to adhere to BAC Project Management governance frame-work
  22. Typically requires 8-10 Years Exp
