In view of the above, candidates are advised to come along to their various Schools with the underlisted documents.

• 2. ND statement of Result (for HND Candidates)
• 3. Receipt of payment of form Delta Poly Otefe Oghara Freshers Verification/Screening
• 4 Acknowledgment Form
• 5. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration
• 6. Certificate of Local Government of Origin Npower Recruitment
• 7 Four (4) recent Passports
• 8. Jamb Admission letter or Jamb Regulari1sation form
• 9. Jamb Result Slip Pounds to Naira

Please note, all COVID-19 protocols must be observed by all admitted candidates during the verification Exercise.
