The Klassik Stiftung Weimar is a German cultural foundation, formed on 1 January 2003 by merging the former Institute Stiftung Weimarer Klassik and the Kunstsammlungen zu Weimar. The Klassik Stiftung Weimar is a member of the Konferenz Nationaler Kultureinrichtungen, a union of more than twenty cultural institutions in the former East Germany.

Scholarship Award:

  • Graduate Scholarships: 1,000 Euros/month
  • Postdoctoral Fellowships: 1,500 Euros/month
  • Residence scholarships: 500 Euros/month

Eligibility:

  • The Weimar Graduate and Postdoctoral Fellowships is open to all nationalities.
  • The duration of the scholarships will be for maximum funding in 6 months.
  • The applicants must commence their degree program in the fall semester of 2019.
