How to Check your JAMB Result via SMS

• Step 1: Open messages app on your mobile phone
• Step 2: Type the message “UTMERESULT” or “DERESULT” for UTME or DE candidates respectively
• Step 3: Send message to 55019 or 66019
• Step 4: Your JAMB UTME/DE resume will be sent to you via SMS

Note: You will be charged a service fee of N50 to check your JAMB result, and also, ensure that you use your registered phone number to send the text message.

How to Print your JAMB Original Result

During the admission process for Tertiary institutions, you will be required to present the original copy of your JAMB result for verification. Follow the procedures below to print out your JAMB original result:

• Step 1: Visit the official JAMB portal via https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/Login.
• Step 2: Enter your JAMB registered email address and phone number
• Step 3: Navigate to the left side of the page and click on “Print Result Slip” icon
• Step 4: Click on “continue with payment”
• Step 5: Select your preferred payment method e.g. Remita
• Step 6: After making the payment successfully, select your exam year from the displayed option.WAEC result
• Step 7: Enter your JAMB registration number into the available column
• Step 8: The original copy of your JAMB UTME/DE result will be displayed for printing.
