2) Receipt of the application processing fee
3) JAMB Offer letter/change of institution Jamb Result
4) MAAUN Admission Letter
5) WAEC/NECO statement of Results MAAUN Admission Screening Date
6) Primary school-leaving certificate/testimonial
7) Secondary School Certificate/testimonial/ Birth certificate
9) Indigene certificate
10) Medical certificate from the government-owned healthcare facility
11) Reference/undertaking letter
12) Scratch card for SSCE Results Verification Dollar to Naira
13) Four recent passport photographs on white background.
14) Any means of identification (National ID card, Drivers’ license, Voters card, etc)
