- Please be inform that the successful applicants of the University of Waikato – Statistics Fees Scholarships in New Zealand, 2019 will receive up to $2,500 towards the tuition fees.
Eligibility:
- The applicants for Statistics Fees Scholarship, 2019 should be planning to enroll in the second or third year of their undergraduate degree, majoring in Statistics at the Faculty of Computing and Mathematical Sciences.
- The candidates can be of any nationality.
- The applicants who are transferring from another tertiary institution are eligible.
- The candidates should have at least average of A- expected for previous 100- and/or 200-level Statistics papers.
- The applicants for Statistics Fees Scholarship, 2019 will be assessed based on their interest and commitment in Statistics.
- The candidates should submit a statement mentioning their interest in Statistics in 1 page and a reference from a Mathematics or Statistics academic staff member.
