Applications are obtainable from the Nursing Services Department, Ministry of Health Umuahia, New Secretariat Fourth floor on payment of Non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand naira (N10,000) only in two (2) different banks (UBA & Zenith).
Sale of Form Starts: Monday 11th July, 2022 – Friday 12th August 2022.
Closing Date: All completed forms are to be returned to Nursing Services Department on or before Friday 14th August, 2022.
