4. UTME Notification Result
5. Original D’Laval Result (Uploaded in Jamb Site)
6. Evidence of Payment of Accaptance Fee
7 Local Government of Origin
8. Birth Certificate/Age declaration
9 Five (5) Fassport Photograph (Rad Background)
10. A Reference Letter from your Guardian/Spansor Jamb Result
11. Two Reference latters from a reputable Clergyman. Imam, Lawyer or Civil/Public Servant From Grade Level 12 and above. Waec Result
12. Five (5) Photocopies each of all the document(s) listed above.
